Can i sign up to a new sim only deal without a PAC code?

I’d like to take advantage of the BT sim only deal on offer tonight but I don’t have my PAC code from Vodafone (and they closed their phone lines at 8pm). My contract ends on 11th nov so it’s something i need to sort out ASAP. The current deal looks good.
So, am I able to purchase the BT deal tonight and give them my PAC code tomorrow so that I can keep my number??

You can buy the sim and pretty much use the PAC at any point. I've just ordered a new sim for my wife, requested the PAC from her current provider but wont use it for another week or so.

Be aware that a PAC usually expires after 30 days of issue

As said above, if you want you can carry on using (and pay for) both sims for as long as it suits (you'll obviously have 2 numbers). Six months down the line you could request your pac from Vodafone and swap the number over to BT, that would end your Vodafone contract.
