Facebook posting problem

I hope someone can help.
I am on a couple of groups on facebook, and have never had this happen before.I am not technically-minded at all,and don't know what I am looking for to fix this happening.
I usually post on Fb pages using my laptop, but if I know I am going to be posting photos,I use my phone.
On Wednesday I was very surprised when a post I made on an closed group (definitely closed),was "liked" by a friend of mine.At first I thought my friend had joined the group, but she hadn't.It seems that when I post from my phone, the post is also duplicated on my own Fb page.It happened again yesterday. It had never happened before, and I don't know why it is doing it now.
Is there a way to stop this happening?Really simple instructions would be appreciated.I won't be offended-the simpler the better :D.
Thank you.
