sums it up
SMART dont do anything about car parking per se
they only issue pcn,s to anyone who has not registered the VRM inside that pub , including customers , and probably between 1 week and 52 weeks later , whgch does not help the landlord allow his legit customers to park because those spaces have been taken and does not solve his daily issues
this is why ANPR does not aid in parking management
until he finds a way that allows genuine customers to park and non-customers to be excluded , he wont win
if I go to the M/CR ARENA with a valid entry ticket , I get in past the entry gates and stewards etc
if I fail to have a valid entry ticket , I fail to get in as I am barred from entering
fines play no part in that scenario
nobody said it was easy , as he has found out to his cost
all the regulars here could have told him it was bound to fail , because if you alienate a customer they dont return , or they give you lots of hassle to get it cancelled and may still not return
the sooner supermarkets realise this , the better0 -
Missed that, my apologies.“If you trust in yourself, and believe in your dreams, and follow your star. . . you'll still get beaten by people who spent their time working hard and learning things and who weren't so lazy.”0
