Advents 2017 Volunteer Needed

I don't know about when you did the thread, SJ, but way back when I did it there were a surprising number of people who helped that don't get involved in CCC, and some who only appear at Xmas (that's not a criticism!). How will they know about the new 'A'? I can imagine a mish-mash of 'A's and 'E's because some posters will know and others won't. Then doing away with the thread won't work cos they'll all be jumbled ....

It'll make sorting and listing easier. That's where the "self management" comes into it, if someone post an advent with an E title, just need to PM them and ask them to change it to an A:

I like the idea of adding A: for the advents. It'll make it easier when sorting the board to find the advents.

I like the idea too, if it works ok maybe it could be extended to for daily and W: for weekly?

i don't think that was the intended message. rather that the people who get involved with the running of the thread wouldn't know you'd changed it because they're not big CCC-goers..
