Thanks to excellent advice from the nationaldebtline and the which legal service Im fairly confident Ill soon be getting a CCJ removed. It was issued depsite the fact the debt was in legal dispute and money Id claimed in penalty charges refunds and PPI refunds actually exceeded the amount of the original debt.
Going to be starting sending letters etc within the next week. Id like to keep a kind of diary of events on here to help out anyone whos found themselves in a similar position, and of course if anyone has gone throught this already and been successful/unsuccesfull Id really appreciate you letting me know!
