Vanquis Credit Card 9.9% balance transfer

in Credit cards
Hi, i have 4 cards on the go at the moment.
I started with a Vanquis card, half of the balance i've managed to get on a balance transfer to HSBC @ 0% for 20 months. I also have 2 capital one cards, one with a balance of £1300 and another with £650. I've always wanted to eventually, probably like anybody else, get away from/clear the Vanquis card. there is approx £1300 left on the vanquis card. I've been sent a text today from vanquis
"are you paying higher interest rates on your other credit card balance?. dont forget your 9.9% balance transfer offer with vanquis (this was the first time i'd heard of this) ends 31/10/17"
is it worth moving over the 2 balances from the capital one cards, as the interest is higher on those than 9.9% or just leave it? the text doesn't say how long the 9.9% offer lasts for either. The HSBC takes care of itself, or am i best moving balance's over to the HSBC as and when i can?
thanks in advance

I seem to remember these BT offers being only for a relatively short period of time, i.e. 3-6 months. I doubt you would save much in interest payments.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0

Find out how long it lasts. It won't be that long and you run the risk of the balance ending up at your standard APR.0
