I have the above and it seem not get any thing screen can her bleeps when i touch the screen nothing else can not see home screen black screen has power


what is the issue any ideas

    Simple things first ..
    Have you turned it off and back on ?
    (Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds to force it off , wait a sec, then turn it back on)


    Has it been dropped or took any physical damage ?

    How to do the above and will lose the games on the on tab ? can i not reset to earlier time like you can on pc ?

    Seems the hard cover case didnt save you this time . I suspect you will need to have the hardware repaired.
    Which could be costly.


    Did you try power cycling it ?


    (BTW, your apps etc are linked to your google account, so if you do factory reset/buy a new one, you just sign in and redownload)

    Except your game progress won't be saved ... unless the game is linked to an account (e.g. Facebook). :)
