for starters edit the above and remove any hint of who was driving
it was THE DRIVER that was driving !!!
never give out too much info on the internet
this should have been appealed back then but too late now
no , do not pay DRP, they are sc@mmers who cannot take you to court , only UKPC can
read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread too, so you get the idea of what is going on and what to do in future
come back if UKPC or their solicitors issue an LBC or an MCOL within 6 years0 -
To add to the above:
UKPC don't "own car parks" they (cough) manage them.
Debt Recovery plus lie to get [STRIKE]results[/STRIKE] cash, I do not believe for one moment UKPC replied to an email the next day, they just aren't that efficient even with their blanket template refusals.
Debt Recovery Plus will not be recommending UKPC to take court action as the fee must go down to the maximum on the signage and DR+ get nothing out of it.
Don't phone anyone you will get lied to and it will get you nowhere, the £160 they are trying to get includes £60 for DR+ just for sending you scary letters, don't fall for it!0 -

No need for threads about DRP letters we've all laughed at for a decade.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Change the middle of your first sentence to:...from ukpc, the driver was totally unaware...0

Just in case they do take you to court in the future. Here is a link to 2 threads which similar circumstances as your case. Both were won over signage ->
