                    Hi All
I've received a fine from Euro Car Parks as I stayed in the car park for longer then 2 hours. Whilst this is correct and I stayed from 11.30 until 14.00 I did pay for two tickets, one when I first entered and then secondly again at 13.00 when I knew that I would be staying longer. I still have both tickets that I purchased.
I have since been into town to look at the sign and it does say maximum stay is 2 hours and if you leave then you have to leave for an hour before returning.
Do you think I would have any luck appealing, I understand that I have broken the rules but feel aggrieved as I purchased two tickets.
Thank you in advance for any replies

Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1, then appeal using the template. Complain to the landowner ask them to intervene and get this cancelled. Hang on to those tickets for 6 years (along with any other paperwork you receive on this).
This can be successfully beaten. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thank you for the reply Umkomaas. I will get the wife to read through the sticky, I had a look this morning but was getting confused.0

there is nothing confusing about appealing as KEEPER and using the blue text template "as is" - no alterations0

Quick, before the wife gets in...
You need to edit your opening post to remove any clues as to who the driver was.
For example your first paragraph should look something like:I, as the keeper of the car, have received a fine from Euro Car Parks because the driver stayed in the car park for longer then 2 hours. Whilst this is correct and the driver stayed from 11.30 until 14.00 he did pay for two tickets, one when he first entered and then secondly again at 13.00 when he knew that he would be staying longer. I still have both tickets that the driver purchased.0

Yes if you follow our way. Not the way you were planning. Did you miss the NEWBIES thread, the appeal is pre-written.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
