Hertz Dublin Airport have a currency conversion scam. They do not say anything when you pick up the car but buried in the small print you agree to be charged in your home currency, so I was charged in GBP for an EUR hire (with a 7% uplift compared to the Visa Rate). When I challenged it I was told I agreed to it when I took the car. So I won't use Hertz ever again...

Comparison car hire websites will never include everything because there are too many variables, too many car hire suppliers and too many car hire locations.
