Castalia Vista Mar Playa De Las Americas Tenerife

Hi

We have booked this appartment on Ebay

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LUXURY-2-BED-2-BATHROOM-APARTMENT-Tenerife-Las-Americas_W0QQitemZ300157177718QQihZ020QQcategoryZ98977QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

As you will see from the description they said the appt was in Colina Blanca - when I searched on this I got no reviews. But however after booking and on the booking confirmation it was described as Castalia Vista Mar when I searched on Castalia Vista Mar I got bad reviews,

Me OH DD14 DD7 DS 7 going (I cannot walk far).

Any reassurance, hints tips gratefully received. Just trying to keep the panic attacks at bay at the moment:eek: . Going 16th October. Only paid deposit so far have to pay the balance on arrival.

Any tips for eating out at reasonable prices, car hire days out etc.

First holiday abroad for everyone hope it is not a disaster

Trying to keep an open mind.

The feedback on the seller seems to suggest you'll be okay. Other people have been happy with the accomodation and taxis in PDLA are usually quite reasonable ...as alto means "high" you're probably up near the motorway, especially if you're near the waterpark so you'll be using taxis to get around the resort. The Mercadona supermarket...underground, near Las Dalias hotel is probably near you and is a great place to shop if you're self catering. Go to the area near the Casino to see the Dancing Fountains 9pm, 10pm 11pm..lots of nice shops there too. I think we usually get our hire car from Auriga but there are loads of places, try travelsupermarket for a quote. The weather will probably be lovely so go and enjoy yourselves!
