Deceased person ppi

Quick bit of info.....my mum died 11 years ago.
She had an Evans store card for years,a few loans with natwest and a credit card with barclays. She paid ppi on all of them as it was the done thing.
Am I able to claim back any ppi. She never left a will,didn't have an estate etc.
All I have is a death certificate.

    The Probate Registry states that;

    You will definitely need probate in the following circumstances... to make a claim on behalf of an estate eg. PPI claim or medical negligence

    11 years after her death, I doubt very much there will be any records of her finances anyway.
