OK, so they are council tickets. You need to head over to pepipoo.com as we tend to specialise in private parking tickets here on MSE.

You should redact your VRN from those images first, and delete that link from your OP as well.

You will need a non-Hotmail email account to sign up, and you will need to read the FAQs before posting redacted images of both sides of the PCNs.

Upload redacted images to a web hosting site and post the URLs.

Upload redacted images to a web hosting site and post the URLs but change http to hxxp.
You can post live links on PePiPoo, so just copy and paste in the full URL. No need to hxxp it.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Post there after reading a few threads first. No Hotmail email allowed.

You MUST show them BOTH SIDES of the PCNs (all words/small print). Just cover the PCN number and your VRN.

Pepipoo are the Council PCN experts.

  • Cheers guys

  • I received an ANPR PCN from a Private Land Owner for a brief stop (6 minutes) as there was a fault on the dashboard (Hazard light). I wrote informing them that there had been a fault and was not parked but briefly stopped and that the driver had not left the vehicle. I also stated that I would not be paying the £100 fine. They responded yesterday rebuking my claims. My question is that after reading Timothea's informative post could I possibly use the attached too? All advice very gratefully received ...

]The driver did not "park" (stopping briefly is not parking) and could not have entered into any contract because a contract cannot be forbidding and, in any case, the driver had no chance to read and accept the terms of any contract before the alleged contravention occurred. Furthermore, you cannot use Section 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 to transfer liability to the registered keeper because the location of the alleged contravention is subject to statutory control, and I am under no obligation to name the driver.

You need to read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post # 1 to understand how to deal with this. Then start a new thread of your own - this is someone else’s.

In terms of Timothea’s thread, you’re miles away from doing anything under that yet, you need to get on with dealing with the parking ticket immediately in front of you.
