Hi, I've had an ongoing issue with Experian since July. When the updated thier system in June old information came back on my report regarding my ex husband -Orginally I put a disassociation form in 2015 which he was removed. Everything hunky dory!
To my astonishment he re-appeared in June this year. I've been calling experian since July now. emailed them around 20 times.they asked me to send another disassociation form in Aug which I sent. To add to the problem my eldest son same name as his dad is also showing on my credit file apart from d.o.b.
On Friday last week I eventually around 12 weeks later got a proper email from them saying they had looked into it and apologies this will be corrected andthey agree it shouldn't be on there. as a gesture of goodwill as I've been so stressed and they've took so long to deal with it they also compensated me which I didn't expect . But was grateful and thought thank goodness all sorted at last! Checked on Saturday my file ex husband and son removed!!
Checked my file again yesterday can't believe it :mad:my son has been put back on there!!! No financial association whatsoever with him  I can see what's he's applied for ect! So much for the data protection act  I feel only way forward now is ombudsman
Anyone else advice ?
Regards
