M&S furniture order - price has reduced since order

I placed a large furniture order 8 days ago via the M&S website 8 days ago. Payment has been taken, and delivery is scheduled for next month.

I have noticed that the price has now reduced on the items I have purchased but not yet received.... would I be able to cancel the order and reorder the same items at the lower price, or could I even get a refund on the difference between what the price is now and the price I paid 8 days ago?

Would you be able to cancel? Assuming the goods aren't personalised then Yes - you can cancel for a full refund of all monies paid, as the contract (probably) won't be formed until dispatch of the goods.

Could you re-order at the lower price? You could try ... M&S are under no obligation to accept your order though.

Could you get a refund of the difference? Probably, if you ring them up/email them to ask. But M&S have no obligation to do so.
