Can a hotel claim this?

Stayed at a 3 star hotel but all the facilities that would have made it 3 star were at another hotel about 5 minutes away. Can they claim that a hotel has facilities when they are not actually at the hotel you are staying?

Yes, and new people will continue to post mistakenly on this "temporary" thread until somebody actually gets around to locking it. It's not at all helpful for those who aren't very familiar with the site to leave it open.0 -
