Somewhere between 'a long time' and 'never'
Most debts never face court action.
On the few that do, you can string out a defence for several months.
Some debt management companies recommend token offers while you wait. It's a waste of time. Just concentrate on getting £90 together.0 -

What's your debt balance? If it's near the £20K be careful as court costs and fees can bump it up. Anything above £19K I'd advise paying them a token £1 payment to stop them moving it on or adding charges if it switches to a new collections agency.0
