Hi all
I'm wondering if you can help with a query please? I recently wrote to Barclaycard requesting info under s78 CCA. I don't have the account number but I have the details of when the account was opened/closed, the credit limit and the address at which the account was registered. I have had a letter from Barclay card telling me that they cannot trace my account number with this information and that I have to provide further information to assist them in identifying the account.
What more can I give them?

If the account is closed, the Bank don't have to comply with a request for the Agreement.0

YOu should have sent a SAR and £10 to see what's left because people usually send a CCA request and £1 to see if there is valid paperwork left or not to avoid paying money owed.
