Depends on your disability, not all will put you at disadvantage but many will.

If a job is 20 hours, one needs to come off ESA. To get WTC disability, one needs to work 16 hours plus (condition 1). Was on ESA in the past 6 months (condition 3). How can one meet (condition 2)?

You have to meet all 3 conditions.

You have to meet all 3 conditions.

You said in your OP working 16hrs and on ESA.

The factsheet tells you how you meet condition 2. Without knowing about your disability it’s hard to comment.
