Parking charge notice question

Hi

For those who might know , I have a question
I have received a PCN with 2 nice clear photos of my car entering and leaving a car park but the colour of my car is black & you can clearly see its black in the picture, however on the right side of the PCN where all the details are it clearly states the colour as silver.

Is this something i can work with in appealing the charge ?

no its not

we believe they do this deliberately to get people to identify the driver by complaining , dobbing themselves in

the only thing that matters are the dates , times and VRM details

nope , because there are no laws governing these invoices

its just an invoice , so mistakes may be made and usually are because they are trying to con the recipient into blabbing

You might well have an easy winner but you've not said who it is from, when it was received (within 14 days?) whether it is POFA worded (keeper liability) or whether you've read the NEWBIES thread and know how to appeal this.
