Problems getting shower sorted - rental

Hi.
Looking for some advice on this please.
I moved into my current place (shared flat sperate tenancies) 2 months ago. I specifically picked the place because of location, price, and very importantly, it has an ensuite bathroom.
On moving in, I discovered that the water pressure is too low to run the shower. I informed the landlord. Since then he sent a plumber round, who said the water pressure is too low. It’s a mains fed power shower.
I’m pulling my hair out wanting a solution - I suspect there is one but is more expensive than the landlord would like.
Is there anything I can do about this? I don’t want to move as this is the third place I’ve lived this year! (Through no fault of my own), and all the moving has started to be detrimental on my health (currently seeing a Doctor for that).
Any advice greatly received.
Thanks

Offer to pay 50% of the cost of upgrading the shower to your satisfaction. Then you'll both benefit.0

you can get a whole house pump which would boost pressure for a few hundred pounds from screwfix.0
