  • Well done! I agree that getting rid of your OD should be a priority. Even if it isn't necessarily the debt with the highest interest, there's a lot to be said for the psychological effect of knowing it's gone. Just don't go back into it if humanly possible!

  • Not yet, waiting for it to come in but he said he estimates it'll only be £5 or £10. So I can handle it without worry :)
  • Oh that happened a long time ago! I don't physically have ANY of my credit cards any more.
  • Marginally it is cheaper. Marginal enough that I would rather accept the £200 over the course of a year or so it costs me extra purely to get rid of it. It really stresses me out and hangs over me all the time. So I'm keen to get it gone even if it costs a little more in the long run. I know it might not make sense to some, but I know it'll motivate me to tackle the rest.

    After the OD is gone, I'll be focusing much harder on everything in interest order (which I have been doing).
