Parking Eye

I have just received today, a parking charge notice for parking at a super market for 20 minutes. This was in July. Surely they cannot expect shopping receipts for over 3 months ago. Apparently, they say, the registration was not put into the machine inside the store. I am a disabled driver with a blue badge and as such I would not expect to be liable for a parking charge for 20 minutes. I also would have thought that 3 months was a bit long to wait before asking for money. Any advice would be much appreciated?

edit the above to remove any hint of who was driving

THE DRIVER was the person who parked the vehicle

as KEEPER, you are the person who has received the late NTK in the post

complain strongly as KEEPER to the supermarket head office and demand a cancellation as a patron of their business , especially as a BB holder because the EA2010 law covers you

AND USE THIS ADAPTED TEMPLATE ON THE PE WEBSITE

    choosing KEEPER from their menu

paste in the template , remove the clause #13 paragraph and submit it

so remove the clause #13 paragraph only , use the rest "as is"

they failed the law called POFA2012 , so appeal as keeper and not as driver and they are snookered
