Recommendation for quick growing hedging please

I would like the above if possible, an evergreen fast growing hedging and the only stipulation is that it is not posionous to horses.

You are very restricted if you want to grow something non-toxic to horses which they won't eat, never mind specifying that it should be evergreen!
Most traditional evergreen hedge plants are out. You are really restricted to Western Red Cedar, although horses in our fields prior to purchase had access to Leylandii and seemed none the worse for it. Western Red Cedar is a bit slower than Leyland cypress, but it's a better hedging plant.0
