Contravention 27

"Parked in a special enforcement area adjacent to a footway, cycle track or verge lowered to meet the level of the carriageway."
I parked at the end of road (on the carriageway but it is the end of road) which is close to where I live. There is a metal fence at the end of the road. I parked my car in the middle of the end of the road on the carriageway with the head of car again the metal fence while my car is along (or better to say parallel to) the road (i.e. perpendicular to the metal fence). The road is wide and it can park 4 cars in parallel. My car should be in the middle if there were four cars parked. There is a sign of cyclic track on a post but it is for the footpath perpendicular to the road that I parked my car. Besides my car is one or two cars away from the dropped slope (as can be seen from the picture). There is No sign of cyclic path on the road I parked my car. There is NO sign that the area is a special enforcement area. I often see people parked there as it is just 100 meters away from my house. I therefore think I can park there. I attach four pictures taken by the parking enforcement officer. I would appreciate if anyone can help to file a dispute. thanks.
