I have a cc with Morgan Stanley and am thinking about claiming back my charges from them. Does anybody have any experiences of dealing with them and also an address I can write to, as I cannot see it on the main bank address page.

I managed to claim back £500 from a £580 claim for my partner from Morgan Stanley and it only took 2 letters - one of the easiest to date.
Oh and sanmiguel, they paid up via a cheque rather than pay straight to the account so you can get the funds that way if you ask.0 -
