A young friend has managed to get 2 PCN's

Hi.. a young friend of mine has received 2 PCN's for parking on private land in the early hours of the morning. He has been burying his head in the sand since August but came clean tonight due to being threatened by debt collectors. Can anyone guide me towards drafting a first appeal with a view to gaining a popla code?

One of the pcn's is below.

here is a link to a bigger image for clarity.. he says the pay machine stated that charges only applied up until 6pm but at this stage i cannot confirm this. What confuses me is that on the PCN they are seeking payment for unauthorised parking.

    too late to appeal it , this LA LA LA person with their fingers in their ears missed the boat after 28 days , so that ship has long since sailed

    How have you got on with complaining to the landowner to get this overturned?
