Entry is open to UK residents only and entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Entry is not open to loveholidays or Couples Resorts employees or their family and friends.
3. To enter, competitors must simply enter their name and email address. No purchase is necessary.
4. Only one entry per person will be valid.
5. The winner will be chosen at loveholidays’ discretion.
6. The winner will be entitled to a 7 night all inclusive stay for two people in a double room at two of Couples Resorts Jamaica’s luxury hotel properties.
7. The stay will be split between two properties in Jamaica.
8. Also included are flights from LGW or MAN airport and 25kg of hold luggage per person.
9. The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be given.
10. US $4 per room per night Government Tax will be charged on arrival.
11. The hotel stay is valid from 1st May – 19th December 2018 (subject to availability) and cannot be requested for 20th December – 30th April. Not valid over Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Thanksgiving.
12. Stays must be completed by 19 December 2018.
13. Strictly subject to availability and please book early to lock in preferred dates. If upon claiming the prize and making the reservation the hotels have no availability, loveholidays has no obligation to offer any alternative dates or accommodation.
14. Spa treatments are not included.
15. Personal travel insurance is not included in the prize and is the prize winner’s responsibility to obtain suitable cover.
16. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, refund or any other holiday.
17. The prize-winner must be one of the people travelling.
18. Cancelling the booking negates the prize.
19. The winner and their guest are responsible for their own passports and visas.
20. The prize excludes spending money.
21. Extra night prices are available on request.
22. Transfers are included to and from Montego Bay Airport in Jamaica.
23. The prize draw will close to entries at 11:59pm Friday 17 November and the competition winner will be chosen within 14 days of the closing date.
24. The winner will be notified of their win and will need to reply to the message within 7 days in order for Couples Resorts to be able to confirm their accommodation. If no reply is received within 7 days after being notified, the prize will be offered to another entrant.
25. The winner’s name, town and entry may be used by loveholidays on their website, blog, social channels and/or email communications.
26. Should this promotion take place more than once, entrants will only be able to win once.
27. loveholidays reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition in whole or in part at any time. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as we reasonably can.
28. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered, or associated with, Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, and has no association or jurisdiction over the competition.
29. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant abides by these rules. The decision of the company is final, and no correspondence will be entered into after the decision. Submission of an entry will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
