Parking Eye Claim Form - Please Help
FreedomDriver
Received a parking eye charge notice in July and ignored all the way through based on old advice including the Letter Before County Court Claim and have now received a claim form from the county court business centre in Northampton.... from parking at a empty hotel car park after 11pm for a few hours...
Having not responded or appealed at any stage before the claim form is it to late to take action or should i just pay and settle?
