Travel/Flight/Medical/Cancellation cover....I need it all!

Hi guys, you might have noticed my other Manchester to Seattle thread, this is sort of a side issue to that.

Im off for about 3 months to the U.S and I need full cover.

Its only for the one trip so I dont need a yearly policy.

I also do need it to cover the following:
- Medical bills if needed.
- Flight Cancellation if I needed to back out.
- Lost stolen luggage ect.

I have asthma tho it hasn't botherd me since I was a boy,but I do have a long LONG list of visits to the doctors for various not serious issues.

Any ideas how much that would be likely to cost?

I've been to a few places on the web but im getting sketchy answers, also some of these places wont give a full quote without booking details which is hard seeing as im still searching for the flight!

Thanks!

Why not try the quote service at www.moneysupermarket.com It will give you an idea how much a straightforward policy will cost for a 3 month period or however long you will be away, though it is not so good for policies to cover existing conditions.

There have been a number of threads in this forum about travel insurance in this forum, so it might be worth using the search facility.

Some policies may have a 90 day limit, which is just under 3 months.

You will need to declare all your visits to the docs, otherwise your insurance may not cover you and yes, if you need to make a claim then they will check.
