SR SECURITY PCN - please help!!!

Hi,

I just received the PCN a few days ago from PCS and they asked me to pay £120 within 28 days.

A car was in the South of England at home and there was no one using it on the day and time mentioned. BUT on their letter stated that the car was parked in the North of England. I am not really sure what had happened there but surely it is a mistake.

I rang them asking for a proof of evidence but their replied was to appeal the case. What should I do and how to write please?

    The Creditor is SR but PCS sent a letter on behalf of SR from what it said on the letter I received.

    sr work up north , you need phographic evidence of your car , tell SR they have got the vrn wrong , do not deal with PCS at all , do not ring them (0845) , write or email them

    Thank you. Already spoke to PCS over the phone but didnt provide any other details apart from checking the location and given the reference no. of the case. Would that still be okay?

    DO NOT TALK TO THE DEBT COLLECTOR , they will not help or assist , only scam you for there 10%

    lets get this in prospective SR issue paper tickets , chances are if this is the first you have recieved its the official NTK , which should have been delivered between days 29 and 59 after the event , , they are simply adding 20% on for doing this

    WRITE to SR and ask for photographic evidence showing your vehicle
