    Just got my reply from Synectics Solutions... they say they have performed a search and can confirm there are NO details being held by them.

    Still need to wait for reply from CIFAS and National Hunter. But it's a good start.

    So... My ClearScore and Noddle have updated, and they show NO searches. Would of thought there would of been a search for the loan application?

    Still waiting on CIFAS and National Hunter.

    Got my reply from National Hunter - All clear.

    STILL waiting on CIFAS to reply, they received the SAR on 26/10. There delay in reply has screwed me up with being able to get a mortgage in time :(

    Still, National Hunter and Synectics both come back clear, so that a good sign in my books.

    Does anyone even do 8k mortgages, I don't know any lenders who go below 25k, but tbh not looked in a while.


    An 8k personal loan would be better as no lenders even care what you use the money for.

    25k is the minimum for a mortgage.

    No UK bank will lend to you on a personal loan to buy property.
    All lenders ask what you want the money for - if you lie - its fraud.

    No UK bank gives hoot what you use a personal loan for. I have never once even been asked what the money is for.
