                    Hi All
Our double glazing is 21 years old and leaking and generally looking tatty. So, we're now looking to replace:
7 x Windows
1 x Front door
1 x Back Door
1 x French Doors
We've got some appointments from people to come round and price up etc but I just wanted to get a rough idea of what users think i'd be looking at? I found our old receipt from 21 years ago and it was £3600 - be interesting to see how times have changed!!

Without window sizes and the size and material of the doors then its hard to give an accurate comparison but heres what we paid for ours
We are having our 15yr old tilt and turn windows replaced with new double glazing, 7 windows for £3,000 fitted
Our new composite front door including a side light (full length glass panel to the side of a door) was £1150 fitted.....so i imagine without the side light would be around £900
We replaced our aluminium sliding patio doors for new UPVC coated sliding patio doors and that was about £800This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Wouldn't be surprised if it's about the same, get some local independent fitter to quote, rather than the national sofa squatters.0
