Making a will

Hi to all

How much approx will it cost to make a will through a solicitors.
I am married.
Want to make the house tennants in common and leave a balanced and healthy bank to our children x3 with certain clauses. if we both peg it.

    Your looking at approx £60.00, with you beingmarried they may well recommend that your wife updates her will, that could be £100, it can depend on the complexity of the will, from the sounds of ityou want to putclauses in, soget asolicitr

    It is 2 visits to the offices, one toput the ideas down, then one to sign, use the staff there as witnesses

    thanks for the advice .
    Both wills need updating and the clauses are simple and clear just need to put down correctly so we will use a solicitor to handle things.

    Just another thought, sorry, when you book in make sure you tell them you want a will both for you + ur wife, that way should pay a joint rate, not 2 single wills. x
