Waiting for my ticket...

Hi guys,

Went to the cinema last week to watch Blade Runner and got there a little bit early, 20 mins max. Saw the film and left. I reckon I was in the car park a maximum of 3.5 hours - half an hour longer than I should have been... I've not heard anything yet but how long have these companies got to chase the owner? I think it's a Eurocarpark's, all automated, no attendant.

Thanks.

In case you do get a ticket, you should edit your post to remove any information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper.

The dates when the scammers "should" send a PCN where no windscreen ticket has been left can be found in the NEWBIES thread, as can all the information on how to appeal if you do get one.

I say should because this is an unregulated industry so scammers have up to six years (five in Scotland) to start court, and one has just started court after the six years deadline as we have just seen on another thread.

14 days to pursue the registered keeper under PoFA 2012.

6 years to pursue the driver.

If they use Ranger Services, I heard this from 'a contact of a contact'; no idea if it's true but funnneeee if so:

Ranger services have little or no data covering all their sites for the past few months. A failed migration to the cloud has left them creating fantasy reports for clients including new owners CP Plus as well as many others and users such as Tesco, MOTO, Apcoa, NHS trusts etc.

They can’t enforce a single PCN for months now.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If any of the fantasy reports are confirmed as such, then David Dunford needs to be involved - plus copies to local press and why not let Moggy and Sir Greg Knight have copies too?
