Indeed - I advertise on Trip Advisor - my top price for a week is £800 - yet TA will charge a client over £900!! They also take £20-30 off me as well.

Depends which agency they are signed with. If its one that are selective with the properties they list owners won’t do side deals for fear of losing listing.0
