Audi A4 - electrical gremlins??

We've had our 2003 Audi A4 for about 8 years now, aside from the recent clutch and DMF, never had a problem with it. This morning at 6am, i got in it and the drivers seat was right back (its electric adjustment) and both wing mirrors were in the 'dipped' position, as though it were ready to reverse. Almost like someone 6'10" had been driving it...

No ones been in it all weekend, the car is locked, alarmed and on our driveway and blocked in. Nothings been tampered with - so how has the drivers seat and wing mirrors adjusted? Any ideas? :(
