Can I claim

I purchased a new cooker in November 2014 from AO. My old cooker had a guard to use when the grill was on but the new one didn't have this. Over the last 3 years the heat from the grill has melted the knobs and they are starting to come apart.
Can I claim a repair or replacement knobs under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and if I can do I claim from AO or the manufacturer.
Thanks in advance for any advice

I think after three years, you won't get a new cooker, but you should get some new knobs for free, if you ask in the right way. The manufacturer might not know there is a problem, so I would report it to them and give them the opportunity to provide some new knobs.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.
