Bank refusing Chargeback

Today a letter arrived from Nationwide saying they have sided with safety net and they was no case for a charge back and they will be taking the money from my account 20 days from date the letter was processed attached to the letter was summery of borrowing and a copy of my credit agreement from safety net credit.
I think they missed the point. The issue isn't whether you owe safety net credit (so the copy of the credit agreement is irrelevant). You don't dispute this. You cancelled the CPA in advance of it being taken (as you entitled to do under the Payment Services Regulations) and it was taken anyway.
I would escalate the complaint on this basis. Just stick the argument in the paragraph. At the same time I would run off copies of the secure messages/App messages (or whatever) the evidence your cancellation.
If I missed something, let me know. Again this all assumes it was indeed a CPA.0 -

Thanks for the advice mate that was my thinking I just needed to confirm it, yes it was a CPA I really think the issue was I called on a sunday morning and it was clear the advisor didn't know how to carry out this procedure hence why I also sent the secure message right after talking to him.
