Recieved a final reminder for a 4 year old parking ticket

firstly, edit your post to remove any hint of who was driving
only use the following terms
THE DRIVER
THE KEEPER
parking and debt companies monitor public forums and once they know who the driver is they can take action through your sherriff courts
as post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread says
IGNORE drp
even better for Scotland because if they dont know who was driving they cannot hold a keeper liable (no POFA2012)
the statute for Scotland is 5 years so they are trawling through old cases
so do nothing , IGNORE ,
1) because it is Scotland
and
2) because its DRP0 -
