Police Pulled Me Over

I was pulled over for dangerous driving, after dropping some friends off, I was driving out of town when I was pulled over. The officers took my license and ran checks on my car, then all of a sudden an officer came back to my car and handed me my license before telling me to drive slower, they then proceeded to leave their lights on and rush off to what I presume to have been another incident. What happens now? Or is there anything i should expect?
He did say that I was pulled over for dangerous driving but then stated that he needs to have a discussion with his partner before they decide what to do with me? and it was shortly after this they then rushed off.

As we tend to major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for police driving issues. Register there (but please note that a hotmail address won't work) and post a new thread; here's your link:

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the police (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sound like you should think yourself lucky. I am sure they would have made it obvious if they were reporting you rather than a ticking off.0
