Santander paid out eventually

Another example of Santander only paying once a customer issued proceedings and obtained a CCJ against them (although in this case an ex-celeb who also went to the media):

It does appear to be a particular problem with Santander. I recall Moneywise featuring a similar case and they also couldn't find my late granddad's savings account the first three times of asking!

Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.
