    Thanks, amended hopefully.

    I've gotten away with private parks fines before by ignoring them but these are ruthless.

    So have i got a chance to win or not likely?

    You cannot submit a new defence.

    You are stuck with the one you have already sent.

    I think i've made a mistake there then, That was the date i was penalised...

    Should that of been the date i received the county courts letter (today)?

    yes , the date on the claim form is the date you should have put and not the february one currently showing

    this defence you have emailed , was it printed out , signed and dated by yourself , scanned back to your pc and saved as a pdf before sending to the CCBC ?

    How successful are people with CEL fines in your experience?

    not going to answer that question as there are no statistics on these court cases

    we call it judge bingo, some useless cases succeed and some excellent cases like BEAVIS fail

    there is a greater chance of predicting next weeks lottery results than court case outcomes

    I'm afraid not.

    It's dated but ow signed, just type my name to be honest.

    Wayyyyy out of my league all of this.
