Text message from Scott & Co

Hi, newbie here!
I have read through all the threads previous to posting and I was pretty sure I was fine ignoring with being in Scotland but I am still feeling rather nervous so here goes...
I received a letter from Euro Car Parks for an overstay in a free car park on 30/07/2016. I chose to ignore these at the time and have had subsequent letters from companies called DRP and their counterparts begininning eith Z. I now have a text message from a company called Scott & Co asking me to contact them urgently. I'm looking for a bit of advice as I It appears Scott & Co are also debt collectors and are usually for Council Tax arrears by the looks of it. This is now making me feel very nervous about continuing to ignore it. I'm in Scotland and I see from forums that the general advice is to ignore But I have read stories about this Scott & Co arresting people's wages! I have never had a letter from Scott and Co, only a voicemail from a pre-recorded generic sounding "Holly Hartley" asking me to call but not disclosing the company "googled the phone number). ECPs want £130 for being over by under an hour I think. 2 hours free not 3 as I had thought.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Ignore. Scott cannot do anything. This is not a statutory debt like Council Tax - only someone's opinion with little weight in law. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Post Four of The Newbies Sticky covers this completely - you should have read that first!0
