Getting a copy of a PIP Claim form

    So, if that is the case and the MR fails do I then have to specifically ask for the PIP form?

    Alice will know better than me on this but, from the way this thread reads, if you want a copy before you get the evidence bundle then yes

    Sorry to be not certain but I usually do PIP applications from scratch so it’s very unusual for me not to have a copy of the PIP form
