Fredrickson have always acted totally fine and I've had no problems with them until I needed to alter my payment temporarily to a token £1 a month.
Basically it was like talking to a brick wall
After just 2 weeks of this, I sent a letter complaining and restating what I had put in my initial letter, asking why it was so hard to get this sorted
Received a letter today that they've upheld my complaint, and they are sending me a cheque for £30 as compensation and can confirm they will accept £1 a month for 6 months

The way things are going, soon we are all going to be victims of something or other.
Who will we blame then?

Shows the value of complaining, though that is a bit bizarre - they've just paid you what they have agreed to take from you for the next two and a half years!
Why not try to save a lump sum starting with this £30 and offer them a settlement deal at 10% of the balance as they seem in a generous mood.0 -
