There is no inherent "high rate" for calling an 03 number. The rate is exactly the same as whatever you pay for calls to 01 and 02 numbers.Jenniefour wrote: »Good news, folks. For most people this is unlimited calls for around £8 per month on landlines, £10 per month on contract mobiles or £15 per month on pay-as-you-go mobiles.0
