My beloved nissan note decided to play silly !!!!!!s this morning causing all three and, slip and break light warning lights to come on. Took it to the garage and it's booked in Monday. Has anyone got any idea.how much a sensor will cost to replace. He said he will hook it up to the diagnostics and go from there

Garage is right, got to do the diagnostics to work out what is wrong. There are a wide range of things that can trigger an ABS failure - sensor, disk issues, foreign object in the caliper, electronics. Could be a few quid, could be hundreds. A quick web search suggests a sensor is around £20 and is likely to be by far the cheapest part that could go wrong (but includes the wiring to the wheel which itself may be the problem), so with diagnostics and fitting assume that your starting point is £100 and work up from there.

Mine did exactly the same, and none of the three letter acronyms worked as it wheelspun its way round an island.
I did what you always do with electronics- switched off, counted to 10 and switched on again and it was fine.

I just put it down to the dodgy Renault sourced parts, and the iffy English build quality.
