New Build - Council Tax banding

You can appeal the banding. When we built out last house, an individual new build, I got it down from Band G to band F
But if there are several identical new builds all at band G you are unlikely to win an appeal, unless you can demonstrate some reason why yours is worth less.0 -

Paddycharlie is out of time to appeal the band, he can ask the Assessor to review the band, but he has no recourse to a Valuation Tribunal.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
