New Build - Council Tax banding

    You can appeal the banding. When we built out last house, an individual new build, I got it down from Band G to band F

    But if there are several identical new builds all at band G you are unlikely to win an appeal, unless you can demonstrate some reason why yours is worth less.

    Paddycharlie is out of time to appeal the band, he can ask the Assessor to review the band, but he has no recourse to a Valuation Tribunal.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
