Stupid question... maybe

Hi to all on the forum,
This might be a basic or stupid question, but I just can't get my head round it.
I'm looking at corporate bond ETFs. I'm interested in "iShares Global Corp Bond UCITS ETF USD (Dist)" this tracks the Barclays Global Aggregate Corporate Bond Index.
The ETF comes in a few different flavours (I'm interested in two here):
One is value in USD with ticker 'CORP':
Another is valued in GBP with ticker 'CRPS':
(I had Morningstar.co.uk links above - but as a new user I cannot include these links)
Now, CORP has growth and returns that are far superior to those of CRPS.
I don't understand this, both ETFs track the same index. What's going on here?
Is the poor performance of CRPS all down to the exchange rate between the 'fund currency' (USD) and the 'trading currency' (GBP)?
Seems like a pretty raw deal, I can only get the CRPS version in my ISA account.

According to Trustnet the GBP and USD funds have the same return. But the Morningstar figures are different both to each other and to the Trustnet ones. The ISIN numbers tie up so we are looking at the right funds ????????????0

Thanks for the reply Linton.
Would it be possible for you to post links to the ETFs on Trustnet? I can't find them on Trustnet (I've never used Trustnet, so it is definitely a user incompetence error!)
I'm dealing using x-o.co.uk, so would make sense for me to look on there - unfortunately, their server is down for maintenance now.
Cheers!0
